Protein Oreo Brownies

No messing about here, let's get baking...


9 pieces - 12g protein a piece

 

Ingredients

- 200g Ripe Bananas (about 2 Bananas)

- 200g Smooth Peanut Butter (I use Meridian)

- 50g Chocolate Protein Powder (To make Vegan use a Vegan protein powder)

- 10g Cocoa Powder

- 8 - 10 Crushed Oreo's



Method

- Pre-heat oven to 180C fan and line an 8x8' baking tin with greaseproof paper.


- In a large mixing bowl break up your bananas and mash with a fork until you get a smooth consistency. Add your peanut butter and mix until fully combined.


- Add the protein powder and cocoa powder and beat together until all the ingredients have come together.


- Pour the brownie mix into the lined tin and even out with the back of a spoon. Then crush the Oreo's and sprinkle on top of the batter.


- Bake in the pre-heated oven for 10-20 minutes or until the mixture doesn't jiggle when you move the pan.


- Leave to cool on a cooling rack. Once cooled, remove from the tin and cut into 9 equal squares.
