Healthier Brownies

No messing about here, let’s get baking...

128 Calories a Brownie with 4.2g of protein

Makes 9 Brownies

 

Ingredients - 100g Sweet Freedom Chocolate Spread

- 50g Ground Almonds

- 100g Oat Flour (you can just blend your oats)

- 5g Ground Chia Seeds

- 80ml Soya Milk

- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

- A handful of Frozen Blueberries

- 1 tsp Baking Powder

- Meridian Smooth Peanut Butter


Method

- Pre- heat your oven to 170C Fan and line an 8x8 baking pan with greaseproof paper.

- Combine the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and then add your dry ingredients and mix together.

- Once mixed fold in the blueberries.

- Spread the mixture into a baking tray and plop 4 tbsp of Peanut butter in each corner. Swirl through the mix with a skewer and add a few more blueberries on the top.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked throughout. ⁠


- Leave to cool on a cooling rack and cut into 9 equal pieces.
