Chocolate Baileys Mug Cake

No messing about here, let’s get baking...

Makes 1 Mug Cake

 

Ingredients

- 45 g Self Raising Flour (gluten free can be used)

- 30 g Caster Sugar

- 12 g Cocoa Powder

- 23g Unsalted Butter/ Stork or Vegan alternative (melted)

- 4 tbsp Baileys

- 1tbsp Whole Milk (Or Milk Alternative) - 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

- Chocolate Chunks (vegan alternative can be used)

- Big Marshmallows



Method

- In a jug, add all the dry ingredients, apart from the chunks of chocolate and marshmallows. Stir throughly.

- Melt the butter and add to the flour mix, along with the baileys and milk. Mix until smooth.

- Pour half the mix into the bottom of your mug and add in a few chunks of chocolate into the middle along with 2 marshmallows.


- Spoon the remaining mix on top and even out.


- Microwave for 60-90 seconds, top with marshmallows and enjoy :) I microwave for 1 minute with 1000w microwave. Don’t worry if it looks gooey on top, it will be cooked through.
