Salted Caramel Marshmallow Flapjacks

No messing about here, let's get baking...



Makes 12 Flapjacks


Ingredients

- 200g Unsalted Butter

- 200g Light brown Sugar

- 2tbsp Golden Syrup

- 200g Rolled Oats

- 50g Whole Oats

- A jar of Mallow and Marsh Salted Caramel Whip



Method

- Pre-heat your oven to 190C Fan and line a 20x30cm Baking pan with greaseproof paper.


- In a large microwavable bowl, melt your butter and sugar together in the microwave and mix until smooth. Then add your golden syrup and continue mixing.


- Once fully melted, add in your oats and mix well.


- Evenly spread the mixture in the lined baking pan and pat down with a spatula. Now spoon on a good amount of whip and marble through the top of the flapjack. Bake in your pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. You can bake for slightly longer if your want a crunchier flapjack.


- Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin on a wire cooling rack. Once cooled, remove from the tin and cut into 12 equal pieces.
